Tesfaldet Tekie leaves Dutch Club Go Ahead Eagles to return back to Sweden.

Tesfaldet Tekie leaves Dutch Premier league club Go Ahead Eagles after 6 months. The mutual agreement between Tesfaldet and his club for the past six months since he left another Dutch club Fortuna Sittard was officially dissolved.  Tesfaldet’s who is 25 and playing as midfielder requested to leave the club to get back to Sweden to his family. He is still being touted for possible participation of the Eritrean national team even though he has played a game for Sweden. His eligibility is still possible.

Eri-internationalsports has been following the midfield sensation who has so much talent since his days in Sweden’s top league. Meanwhile, reliable sources have informed media that Tesfaldet will be returning back to Sweden. According to the some media groups in Sweden, several top division clubs are interested in the midfielder. In September, Tekie signed for 1 season with GA Eagles, he previously played three years for Fortuna Sittard and played for Swedish club IFK Norrköping. He was a great play maker for Go Ahead Eagles after he got a chance due to the injury of starting midfielder Philippe Rommens. He helped improve the team’s record as they were in the lower tier of the Dutch Premiere league when he arrived. The club now sits in 12 position right after his previous club Fortuna Sittard. Meanwhile, another Eritrean Paulos Abraham also plays in the Dutch Premier league for FC Gronigen.
